REFUND POLICY

  1. In-Store Purchases For CBD and THC style products purchased in-store, there are no refunds once the customer leaves the store. If you have any questions or concerns about a product before you purchase it, please ask a member of our staff for assistance. We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and that you choose the right product for your needs.

  2. Online Orders For products ordered online that have not been picked up, we offer an exchange policy only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value within 7 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unopened and not left the store.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for online orders that have not been picked up. If you are unable to pick up your order within 7 days, please contact us to make arrangements.

  1. Defective Products If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If a product is defective, we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

  2. Exceptions There may be certain exceptions to this refund policy, depending on the circumstances. We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
